Billed for no service
Hi
please why am I still receiving bills from Telus ? I have ported my number in July/August of this year and I don’t have any outstanding bill post deactivation but today I received another bill for over $200. I want to ask what is going on ?

It's best to take this to a private message so please message us at TELUS_Support so we can open up the bill and tell you what happened
