Bell Media rebranded channels free previews missing

We’ve confirmed with our Optik team that, unfortunately, TELUS will not be offering the free preview of the USA Network. While we strive to secure free previews whenever possible, there are instances where they are not made available to us.

Do you even work for Telus? They are listed as being in your lineup and are simply rebrands of existing channels. I do not understand why so many problems with Bell when you are practically partners with them.
Then why are they included in the PDF on your website?
Pardon? The channels are on the Telus guide. However they are not receiving the free previews.
Eg USA Network is channel 701, CTV Nature is channel 702. Even the new logos are appearing in the guide.
