B21A manual

Is there any documentation available that describes this devices capabilities?  In particular, I’m looking for info that explains what the Ethernet port lights are communicating.

I still haven’t been able to find the documentation. Anyone able to provide a link?  I believe the device is an Arcadyan NH20A
