B21A manual
Is there any documentation available that describes this devices capabilities? In particular, I’m looking for info that explains what the Ethernet port lights are communicating.
That’s great news! Unfortunately, I have not had any luck finding this documentation. Is there a link, or some other guidance you can provide to help me track it down?

Community ManagerSorry, to be clear, which device is the B21A? We have internal names that are more common to be used so I want to make sure we are talking about the same thing.
Most of our devices have a 1Gb port unless it supports 2.5Gb or 10Gb. Most ports are actually labeled in our equipment if you want to double-check. Otherwise I can look for an answer for you
