Apple TV drops frames..stutters

Why does Apple TV drop frames. Specifically watching "Presumed Innocent".

I'm watching via Dolby Vision on a Sony XBR

Every second or so it stutters and or drop frames.

I have version 12

Can you try turning off motion smoothing/processing features and switch between 4K SDR and 4K HDR to test if it's Dolby Vision-specific?
