I recently move into 5162 River’s Edge Way NW, Edmonton, AB, but the civic address is not yet searchable or indexed in the TELUS online booking system. As a result, I cannot schedule my PureFibre installation.

• Community: River's Edge (West Edmonton)
• Infrastructure Status: Fibre conduit, wall plate, and ON-Q panel are already installed inside the home by the builder.

Requested Action: Please submit an Address Indexing / Validation Ticket with the backend GIS/MyWorld database team to link 5162 River’s Edge Way NW to the local Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) port matrix so I can proceed with my online order and installation.
