Access to pure fiber not available at my address
Trying to get high speed pure fiber. Called the call centre 3 times who have informed me that it is not available in my area. When I search my neighbors address they all have access. I do not appreciate the run around we are getting on this. I may need to go to a different provider. How do it get this resolved?

I understand there are multiple factors. But with the two houses next to me, approximately 4 feet apart both have it, I begin to question. Furthermore, one neighbor share the same utility access point as us.

FWIW I have yet to get fibre in my bulding in downtown Edmonton.
