Sports Stream - Video Quality
Hey there !
Newly subscribed to Telus TV+ and the quality is terrible, feels like a 480p stream. Any improvement incoming ? It's really terrible, can't even see the puck while watching a hockey game. Works just fine on the app, but the web browser version is seriously problematic.

Just an update: Seems to be working relatively well on Edge. Kinda interesting how we're in 2026 and only Edge being fully supported ..!

We can definitely pass this along to our Optik team. Which browser were you watching on that had seemingly lower quality?
Both Brave and Chrome had that issue. And it really was a massive difference, 480p at most, super pixelated. No addons on Chrome either.
