4k PVR and Activation Code Problem
My sister's 4k PVR was a little problematic, so several months ago we received a replacement. The PVR replacement asked for an Activation Code which Telus did not provide. We ended up sending it back...
I had a tech in for an issue that remains unresolved. He didn't't change my PVR but when he finished doing what he was doing, I saw that the TV was requesting an activation code. He couldn't fix it. He had to call someone. He got tired of waiting and left. it had to be resolved at the back office and they were having trouble.
