Wireless service
We live outside of Barrie in minesing ont. We used to have great wireless coverage but in the last few weeks something changed and we frequently get low quality service with txts not going through. We're thinking of switching service providers because of how often poor quality wireless occurs, what happened? What changed to cause this?
Most users here are Telus customers. We won't have any way of knowing what affected the Bell tower in your area. Telus doesn't have a tower in Minesing but instead shares the Bell tower in town.
Have you contacted technical support yet? If you haven't, I'd highly recommend you do. Assuming it's not just one phone affected, the more reports of issues they get from a certain area or tower, the faster they'll get Bell to look at it.
