Trouble activating WiFi calling

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

I've been unsuccessful trying to activate WiFi calling. I've followed the procedure and (1) connected to my home WiFi (2) selected the activate WiFi calling switch in the phone app's settings (3) entered my phone number (4) received an SMS code and keyed it into the app (5) entered my 911 street address (6) clicked submit... and then it goes back and asks me for my 911 street address.

My street address is correct. My street address shows up in the google autocomplete - so even google thinks its correct. But, every time I click submit, it just returns to the 911 address prompt.

How do I get this to work?

Hi! Try these initial troubleshooting steps:

    • Force stop the Phone app and clear its cache
    • Toggle airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off
    • Ensure your phone has the latest software updates

If the address verification still loops:

    • Try entering the address manually instead of using Google autocomplete
    • Make sure to include your apartment/unit number if applicable
    • Use the official USPS format for your address

    If the problem persists:

    • Try setting WiFi calling to "Mobile Network Preferred" in the settings
    • Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings)
