Trouble activating WiFi calling
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra I've been unsuccessful trying to activate WiFi calling. I've followed the procedure and (1) connected to my home WiFi (2) selected the activate WiFi calling switch...
Hi! Try these initial troubleshooting steps:
- Force stop the Phone app and clear its cache
- Toggle airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off
- Ensure your phone has the latest software updates
If the address verification still loops:
- Try entering the address manually instead of using Google autocomplete
- Make sure to include your apartment/unit number if applicable
- Use the official USPS format for your address
If the problem persists:
- Try setting WiFi calling to "Mobile Network Preferred" in the settings
- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings)
