So you say you’re going to send me a private message and never do very professional. I’ve already confirmed the account is closed and there’s no balance due on Telus’s end but I need you guys to tell that to the collection agency. Everytime i’m on the phone with Telus they say they will tell the agency and then the agency hears nothing. This is awful customer service. You guys are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.
