Telus mobility signal connection always has only 1 bar in Richmond BC
It has been for years with my old phone (s9) that the signal connection for regular cellphone service was always in 2 bars. About half a year ago I upgraded my phone (s23) now the signal connection...
The Telus system is so stupid. They send you an authentication code after you're reporting "No Signal" on your number. How are you able to enter the authentication code when a user is reporting no service/coverage on their number?? How will I receive the "Authentication Code" when I have NO Signal/Coverage/Service????????? Please make it make sense. Send it to the alternate number which we have added.

You could always try submitting the report once you're in a location with a better signal.
