Roaming
I keep getting annoying messages about roaming charges when I am in Canada near the Washington USA border. Is there any place that Telus can be notified when I am in this area (which I am frequently) to stop the notifications. There is no Telus cell tower in the area and we rely on wifi calling and internet.
Hello joannezzz, I don't think we can stop those notifications since their role is to protect our customers regarding the possibility of having roaming fees. We'll be happy to look into it for sure and we'll send you a private message in order to access your TELUS account.

You can go into your cellular settings, and switch from automatic carrier to Telus only, and these notifications will cease. However, if you travel to areas where Telus does not have a signal, whether in Canada, or elsewhere, you will have no service, and would need to switch back.
