Talk and Text not functioning
Hello. I've been using Talk and Text 18 for a while and it's suddenly stopped working. I can't receive or make calls, and even calling #123 gives me a notification that I need to top up, which isn't something I've had to do. I can't ask for a callback from support because I can't receive them, this forum is my only option.
I checked my payments, and it was made, though it's $3 more than it was during previous months.

Hi there, If your Talk & Text 18 plan has stopped working and you’re being prompted to top up, it may mean the plan has changed or expired, or that a top-up wasn’t applied correctly even if payment was made.
