SIM card not fitting into tray
Good afternoon I just received a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and am trying to put the sim card into the tray. It seems like the card is too wide for the tray. Any other users have that same proble...
Are you using your old sim from another device if so what device? Or a new sim card? Pay attention to the notch position as well on the tray and card.
It's a new sim card that came with the tablet.
- Other than trying to force the card into the tray, is there any way of
getting it to fit?The new sim card is a multi sim and you can select the size by bending off the selected size you need.
