IF I'M PAYING $15 A MONTH FOR DEVICE CARE, WHY IS IT REQUESTING I PAY $200 FOR A SCREEN REPLACEMENT? IF I HAVE TO PAY REGARDLESS, WHY AM I WASTING $15 A MONTH?

Hey danniimayy88 - the $15 cost is to have access to the program. The $200 replacement cost is a subsidized amount as they would be replacing the whole device.
Compared to a new device, this is a much cheaper way to have peace of mind if a device is lost, stolen, or is damaged
