Regional TSN hockey games
I can watch j Jets games on my phone fine, but if I try to tether my screen/projector off my phone I'm told I'm out of the regional broadcast area (I'm not) I'm told the problem is that my IP address ...

Community Power UserIt's not uncommon for cell users to share a common gateway / IP that may not be in the same region they are physically located in. The TSN app on the phone likely uses your physical location (GPS or tower based) but the app for the projector doesn't have that same ability so TSN will base regional restrictions on IP alone.

That's what I suspected....It was recommended to install Norton VPN but that still shows a Toronto IP address, no luck.
Any work arounds?
