UPS lost my phone
It’s been over a week and currently my tracking information now states that the date will be provided later. I’ve talked to UPS numerous times they just keep telling me it’ll be delivered the next day...

Yeah, that’s what I did actually is. I ended up going into the store and picked up the phone instead of going through the delivery service. The weird part is I actually got one of the phones that I had ordered and then it was mine that didn’t show up, but yeah, I went to the store and picked mine up but the issue with that is in store they don’t always have the same promotions right so you might not get the same deal you were gonna get but if you’re OK with that honestly 100% go to the store and yeah you’re probably right.

I am currently dealing with the exact same situation. Was it remedied? If so how? Who do I contact? I’m beyond d frustrated at this point.

I have the same situation. UPS sent from Calgary to Richmond, Richmond to Abbotsford, I was notified it was shipping to my address on Friday before 1:45pm it was late and I checked back, the shipping time changed to end of day, it never arrived. Monday morning I got an email from UPS saying it would ship before end of day, it never showed up. Now my tracking says "information not available", "on the way, !Delay" "you may want to start a claim". I'm pretty sure after reading a bunch of similar posts that this is a major issue going on with merchandise being stolen by UPS employees. I am paying a plan and I paid taxes for the phone upfront, I'm a new activation so my port request is likely going to expire. Just want to move on with my life and cancel my Telus account and get refunded. The Client Care reps need retraining the scripts they're reading from are not helpful and at no point offer any confidence that they are able to resolve the issue. Some how this is my fault?

Is they want the file number so they can still collect their money from UPS cause they wanna get paid right so that’s basically what they’re waiting for is they’re waiting for an invoice from UPS saying the item was delivered because until they get that they don’t get paid or something doesn’t go through. I don’t remember how it works, but that’s what that’s all it is. We’ll was for me anyways

This happened to me as well. I’ve talked to every team at Telus and UPS and spent 5 hours yet they’re still refusing to give me full information and insisting that I make a police report. Why does Telus not initiate police reports for devices that go missing through their shipping partner?
Quite frankly I don’t think I will ever use telus again after this.

- Magenxxx2 years agoCoachHonestly I fought my a%^ off like I blew up the company so to speak I called every manager investor and owner I emailed the owner and ceo and got a message back one day from customer relations if you want I can send you the email to the manager of loyalty side he’s actually really nice and he helped me out a lot I still fight with them cause my bills never the same as the agreement so monthly I have to call in and tell them it’s wrong but my honest advice is don’t give in be relentless with them and know your wonderful go look at the wireless code web site if your in AlbertaKNOW YOUR wonderful AND DONT BACK DOWN THATS the only way they fix anything but be caught up and informed about your rights and what they’re doing illegally and how they’re going to fix it!
