Re: Telus Scammed Me

I have to same situation, I renewed 10 lines and added 1 lines, I contacted bill inquiry many times, they just kept wasting my time and said that the credits are expired! What a scam! I replied the email to confirm the quote he offered me before the renewal, and the quote stated that my future 24 months fees, instead of paying $25, I have to pay $45 each line! 

We could take the legal action together!

    Vcmk You mentioned the plans should be $25/month - can you tell me what the name of the plan is? You'll find this on your bill. Also, is this for a personal or business account?
