Official Support TeamHi Di444 - it sounds like you are experiencing reception issues while inside the building. This is common as different materials block cellular signal. Have you tried enabling Wi-Fi calling?
I don't think this is the problem. I have no difficulty in receiving incoming calls from other individuals. And, nobody else in our building is having the same issue.
I have solved the problem with installing a land line with a different number which is recorded in the enterphone system. The building super called me on this number from the entry vestibule - I could hear his voice and I was able to open the entry door to the building lobby. Too bad I had to go to the extra expense, but this land line number will only be for this purpose. I will not use this phone for anything else.
