Prepaid phone top up
Topped up my phone yesterday and it's still not working. Says it's not activated

If your plan lapsed, even by a day, you will need to choose a plan, in addition to the monetary top up.
- Thanks for the response. So does that mean there will be extra charges because of an additional plan?

That's odd. Are you still seeing that message today? I do know that lines can be cancelled if money isn't added for a certain length of time; but regardless we'd need to see the account to confirm. I'll send you a private message, thanks.
