Pre-paid SIM card activation
I am unable to activate a new SIM card online for a pay as you go plan. The system continues to glitch at the payment confirmation stage. Please advise.

- hshah174 years agoNeighbourI went through all the steps and inputted all the information required. I provided payment information and clicked “continue” to proceed to the payment confirmation page and it keeps directing me to the home page. No confirmation of payment or service. I’ve tried multiple times with different browsers.

Have you the option to go to a Telus retail outlet? That might be quicker at this point.
