Poor Customer Service
I used to be enthused about Telus , as they HAD good, friendly Canadian support teams. Now, after calling Telus , I am VERY disappointed. Lately, anyone in customer service I talk to has not been lo...
Me again.. it’s now over an hour later and I was mis-directed (after giving my info/account) to the wrong department and re-directed again. How can one get mis-directed when you have all the account info and know (as an agent) what type of account one has but yet mis-direct.
