please confirm if this is a genuine telus ID
I got an email from [email protected] asking to send me new phones for activation. I think it is spam but please advise otherwise.

Community Power User100% scam. All Telus emails will end with @ telus.com. Do not give any personal information or account info to those scammers. It's a common scam for them to send the wrong phone to someone and get the victim to mail it back to some random address. That leaves the victim on the hook for the cost of the phone.
