One month ago I closed my account with Telus. When paying the last bill, we have over paid and now comes up that account has credit. I have tried both the chat and the phone line and can’t get ahold...

There is nothing more aggravating than trying to get your own money back and being met with an automated "Are you a current customer?" prompt.
