Not registered on network

Hello,

Thank you for your response. It's intermittent, sometimes it'll connect but not reliably. I typically cant make calls out when I want, but randomly calls will come through, but not all calls. I get the notification at the top of my phone 'emergency services only' (but still have 5 bars) regularly. The internet won't connect pretty much anytime on the network. I have tried manually connecting to the telus network multiple times and sometimes it works but most of the time it says "not registered on network". If I do manage to connect, it disconnects quickly and asks me to do scans for network.
