No phone for 48-72 hours?
Switched Service from Virgin - phone not working When speaking with an agent over 24 hours ago, they were not able to activate my phone. They told me they would get back to me in 48-72 hours. ...
I just went into a phyiscal location. They fixed it in five minutes. Why would your online tech support not have suggested this two days ago? disappointed with Telus customer service.
Called customer service and they rectified this.
