My vpn blocked by telus
Why is Telus blocking access to my account using von which Inhave been using for years with no issues. Telus itself sells von service, this is unethical practice. Thinking of switching. Any advice if...

We've actually contacted our security team regarding VPN access to our website/applications and we can confirm that you will need to disable your VPN in order to access them

What are you seeing when you try to log onto the site/app? If possible, can you share a screenshot?
We don't block VPN traffic to our site nor app (I'm on one myself) but there could be something happening with your VPN that is triggering our firewall to block that traffic.- Rocky310 months agoGuardian

Of course OP does not say where from he is blocked. But yes in country complaints have been reported on this forum.
