Mobile internet is dead no help from customer service... make me keep call on hold

I called telus regarding my 3 mobility lines.. all three internet is dead..when I spoke to customer service Gentleman he goes you have 180 GB data sharing and its finished.. I keep on saying since 1 year its same slow dead internet every day.. when we got the deal they said its fast high speed internet. Unlimited
