Just added data, can’t get it working

On a Samsung galaxy (posting for my mother here). Added a data top-up to prepaid account for use at the cottage. Others at the cottage connecting to Telus LTE no problem.   Never used mobile data on this phone before, on wifi.

Tried all the troubleshooting here https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/troubleshoot-data-problems

 

No luck. Help?

    Hello! As you've already attempted the troubleshooting I'd recommend, your best bet would be to either reach out to our Mobility team directly at 1-866-558-2273 so they can look into the account, or reach out to us over at our Twitter or Facebook pages so we can verify the account (for privacy / account security) and look into it for you!
