Job left incomplete, lines very low
Quite awhile ago the concrete poles were replaced with wooden on our street. When it came time to move the Telus lines to the new pole the installers got their truck stuck and never completed the job...

We've heard back from our field team today actually. They've advised that access to the pole is limited and that they're looking in to getting this addressed as soon as possible. When they update us on next steps, we'll be sure to let you know immediately!
