Community Power UserIs there a difference being on Wi-Fi versus cellular data?
Make sure you have followed these directions, and your password and email are correctly entered. I double check against a webmail login.
- Hello,I tried everything including your suggestion about setting up on cellular, and nothing worked. I then realized that my granddaughter, unbeknownst to me, had added VPN, once I disconnected that I was able to set up my Telus email account.Thank you for your response, it is much appreciated.Shelagh
