How to Lodge a Complaint About Customer Service
I would like to speak to someone about the terrible customer service I received today. Does anyone know where I can do that?
I too would love an answer to this. I just spent 50 minutes waiting on hold, listening to the same two songs over and over, only to then be told: "our offices are now closed, good bye".
