Error code 404

Why do I get a error code 404 when logging on telus app?

My mobility page on the app is currently only partially loading. The information that normally shows above usage is just grey boxes.

Hmm, I just checked and it loads fine for me. Hopefully the app team will have it resolved soon.

    Loading isn't the problem it's logging in.

      Hey Bernie - please try to delete the app and re-download it. Please let us know if you still have issues then

        Deleted the app and reloaded it I still get the error code.
