Don't want a web link, want the app
Hi I just got a new iPhone Air and downloaded the MyTELUS app. When I loaded the app instead of seeing the app as I had before I just what you see below. That just takes me to the MyTELUS website, not what I downloaded an app for. If this was what I wanted I would just create a home screen shortcut, it would save me having to click the big green button below and just go straight to the site. But again not what I want, how do I use the app as the app?

Did you do a quick Google search about this problem ? I don't have an iPhone to test here but maybe it's a setting issue.
