Data Connection Issues on Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra

Mobile network is working fine, but, I am not being to use the mobile data services. I am using a Telus. I have re-checked the APN setting as suggested by Telus. Could anyone help what is the issue and how to resolve it?

  • THank you so much for your concern and suggestions. It was resolved by visiting Telus customer centre.

  • If all else fails, reset all your settings. You’ll lose Bluetooth connections, wifi connections, and have to reset some other settings, but it SHOULD (read * maybe *) fix the issue.
