Cannot contact Telus
How do I get to talk to a person.
Why is it so difficult to actually speak to a human at Telus? Rude to make customers search for your guess of what we want to know. Most irritating are "no reply" emails and texts. My prepaid plan doubled in cost with no change in service or explanation. Guess greed is answer.
