Bring it Back never credited my bill
Sent a phone back in September and still have no bill credit. Not sure why this keeps happening

Official Support TeamTo clarify, the Bring-It-Back program is different from a trade-in. With Bring-It-Back, you agree to return your device at the end of your term to receive a lower monthly cost during your contract. A credit isn’t provided when you return the device. A trade-in, on the other hand, gives you an immediate credit toward a new device or your bill. What credit are you expecting to receive from the Bring-it-Back program? However, if you attempted to do a trade-in with your Bring-It-Back device, that wouldn’t be eligible since the device doesn’t belong to you. Could you please clarify what you were trying to do?
To clarify, I am in the BIB program and was CHARGED $500+ after returning my device. I have also asked 8+ times how to just cancel all my lines and am purposely ignored so that I hit the date when return is no longer available, absolutely the worst service,

Please send us a private message with the bill on which the $500+ charge appeared so we can review it. If you would like to cancel your services, this must be done by calling in, as cancellations can only be processed over the phone.
There have been multiple messages and everyone ghosts. If you actually looked you’d see that. Oh trust me, sitting on hold for over an hour when asking to cancel is a very clear message that Telus is stalling. Which is fine, because I’m just moving all lines regardless of assistance and sending all messages and emails to the CRTC and consumer affairs. This is now the 2nd time these issues have happened and being told it’s a glitch is garbage.
