Asurion Device Care price up - fix this Telus
So this is why customers don't trust Telcos in this country. Asurion gets to unilaterally raise prices - it's explained that it's not a contract, but when you sign a 2 year device contract with Telus...
I also got this today. How is it when it comes to me paying for this it is a contract. When it comes to your coverage provider they can change the price as they see fit? I am not a lawyer but I am pretty sure you cannot do this. Talk to your contractor Telus, you are going to get a black eye for them trying to pull a fast one. This seems very much like a bait and switch, we were not told that the original price was just promotional (mainly because it wasn't).
