A Question Regarding Choosing A New Number
How come it will only let you choose a new number, and not let you choose from a list of available numbers. It would be super convenient. The I asked this before, but it got falsely flagged and the bot either deleted it or merged it with an unrelated answer.
Can someone please answer. Is there a specific reason or bad design?

A wonderful agent named Jason told me it's like that by design, he agreed with what I said, he said they don't plan on changing it anytime soon. He doesn't know why it's like that, but me and him came to the same conclusion... Thank you, Jason.
Is the question gets gets deleted without an explanation, I will do a chargeback and cancel my service.
