Telus ONT Red Fail Light

Hello,

I have two businesses a liquor store data port 1 and a cannabis store data port 2 on one Nokia ONT box.

There is a red light on the ont box since 8pm Pacific time as of today.  We are losing sales as customers are walking out on our stores.  The Telus call centre is down and they are unable to help us.

Can someone please help me out as I need this departed before I face more impact on my businesses.

The power light is green, the data port 1 and 2 is green but the fail light is red.  We power cycle but it did not help.
