Home+ app is not showing all devices connected to my Telus router

I am unable to view all my devices on Internet & SmartHome+ App.

I like the app, but it is not showing me all devices.

for example, I have Motrola Moto G Stylus 5G(2022), I cannot find that device in my SmartHome+ app. it use to show Telus Connect App, which is closed and is no longer lets me login into it.

I came from Google Play

    if Possible, can I know how long it will take Development team to solve this issue.
