Google Home Assistant and Alexa DO NOT WORK WITH THE NEW Android Mini Optic Boxes

Even though all the literature says that they work with the Google and the Alexa, they don't. I had a Telus technician come out and he was unable to get them to work. Very disappointing when the new technology is way worse than the old technology. I'm trying to keep my old optic box so I can change my channels using Alexa but they say they will quit working.
