Waiting time for replacement Thermostat
It is sad that I have to wait for 5-7 days for replacement thermostat for my Vivint control system. Temp plummeting and Telus has not expedited delivery ! That sucks . Makes one reconsider. Anyone had such issues before?

- Situation getting worse. Finally got appointment for a technician visit . Gave up half day’s wages to wait for a technician that did not show up. Much of clowns and a joke of a company! No seriousness and customers are not their priority!
