Telus not Replacing Faulty Equipment

Spent over 4 hours on phone and its almost 4 weeks telus home security does not want to replace a faulty equipment which opens my garage. Its very frustrating made calls spoke to manager and no wants to help. If telus cannot provide service please cancel my account.
