Scam?

Had a call from Telus Promotions offering a 40% discount on my services.

They asked me what the amount of my last bill was to verify. I told them that they should have my information, but they replied "we are separate from billing, so we do not have that information."

Then I asked what their email was so I could get more information, and their reply. [email protected]"
