Doorbell Camera will not turn on
My doorbell camera will not turn on or powercycle without being plugged in. I have tried charging it multiple times. It will turn on and set up while the charger is plugged in. It will not powercycle or turn on after charge cord has been removed. I've tried to contact telus service multiple days. Am trying to reach out here now. Has been somewhere between 4-6 weeks since it last worked.

It sounds like there could be a problem with the internal battery or the power connection. Since you've tried charging and resetting the device multiple times without success, we recommend the following next steps:
- Check for any visible damage to the charging port or battery contacts.
- Try a different power outlet or charging cable, if available, to rule out potential charging issues.
- Ensure the firmware is up-to-date (if possible) while it’s connected to power.
