Telus Rewards to Westjet rewards
So I have been trying all day to discover how to transfer my Telus reward points to Westjet rewards points.
I have read all the prior posts, I have had Google's AI try to spoon feed it to me, but in the end, there is no spot on my rewards page that allows me to transfer.
I have gone rewards profile - my profile and the interwebs says that I should see a thing to transfer points. I have linked Westjet, in fact I unlinked and relinked it just to be sure.
On the left is my name, currency selection and my total points
On the right I have Telus account, Westjet account and that's it.
I would love to transfer my points so I can try and book my wife and I a trip but this isn't working. Please help. Thank you!

Hello! We were actually made aware by our Rewards team that there's actually an issue with transferring points at this time. It's a known issue on the WestJet side and they're actively working on a fix. While we can't provide a definitive timeframe for it to be resolved, they'll have point transfers back up asap!

How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your WestJet Rewards account and select the TELUS redemption option. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Hopefully that get's you what you need.
